Shipping & Returns - Store Policy
UK shipping
All orders are usually dispatched 3 times a week on working days.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail first or second class, depending on your selection at checkout. Orders over £15 are sent for free via second class delivery.
International shipping policy
All goods purchased from our online shop will be delivered to you, the customer, duties unpaid i.e., we will not collect tax or duty in the purchase price. You will be responsible for paying any local taxes/duties/fees due in your country and will be contacted by the relevant party prior to delivery to make payment.
Receiving items in the EU – VAT & customs duties, taxes, duties and a clearance fee will be due on most goods sent from us to the EU. The taxes and duties applied depend on the individual contents of the parcel, the weight and the value. The thresholds applicable within the EU are as follows:
Goods up to €150 may be subject to VAT and a clearance fee.
Goods and gifts above €150 may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a clearance fee.
The thresholds and the amounts charged vary from country to country. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged.
Receiving items to non-EU – VAT & customs duties. For goods sent to other countries outside of the EU the same requirements apply in terms of the customs declaration. The customs thresholds at which point taxes and duties, applied by overseas customs authorities, become applicable will vary from country to country.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition.
Details on how to return are below. We offer a refund or exchange service, but we can't refund your original or return postage costs if you have simply changed your mind.
Please note: we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on gift cards. This includes any gift cards purchased from a retailer. You must pay for your own postal return, we cannot accept liability if this gets lost so tracking on your return is recommended.
Refunds & exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.
How to return or exchange products - UK & International

State your name, email address, the item you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange.
Please then post your goods back to us within 14 days of your order arriving with you, including your name and above details.
The item(s) must be sent back unused, in saleable condition.
All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service.

Online course policy - refunds on our digital courses
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all of our online digital courses. If you have watched less than 20% of the content and contact us within 14 days of purchasing the pack, we will issue you with a full refund if you decide the course isn’t for you. We will ask you for your feedback to help inform any future improvements we make to the course.
Group course policy - refunds & exchanges on our group courses
We do not offer refunds on our Group Courses. If something unexpected comes up in advance of the course and you can no longer make it we will try and accommodate you on an alternative date.
