At the very bottom of our homepage (scroll all the way down), you will find a subscribe box for our email newsletter. When you sign up, you will receive a free positive affirmations audios to help you feel calm and confident as you prepare for the birth of your baby. The audio download will be sent automatically, 24 hours after you sign up. If you haven’t received it after this time, double check your spam folder. You can opt out of our emails at any time.

Our courses are only spoken in English, however we do have subtitles available in French, Spanish, Italian, German and Portuguese.

All our courses come with 12 months unlimited access ( Although the digital elements are yours to keep forever). If you purchased your course over a year ago and want to watch the course content, you will have to purchase it again. Pop our customer support team an email if you are having issues.

Both the group zoom courses and the Ultimate Birth Pack offer a fully comprehensive hypnobirthing antenatal programme. The main difference is that if you attend the Zoom course you will get your questions answered in real time and also receive ongoing follow-up support from one of The Positive Birth Company hypnobirthing teachers, who will be on hand to answer your queries via email, or where necessary, arrange a time to talk on the phone. With the Ultimate Birth Pack, you have the freedom to complete the course in your own time, wherever you like.

Yes! We are here to support all families, and we know our community of parents is diverse with a range of different circumstances and experiences. If you are using surrogacy to grow your family, both the birthing person and the intended parent or parents are very welcome to join. Just send an email to us at hello@thepositivebirthcompany.com and we’ll be very happy to welcome you to one of our programmes.

We are unfortunately unable to replace Gift Cards if they are lost, they need to be treated like cash. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

You can receive a refund on your course purchase provided you haven’t completed more than 20% of the course, are requesting the refund within 14 days of purchase, and haven’t used the call the midwife programme. Unfortunately if you have used the call the midwife service we are unable to give you a refund.
ULTIMATE BIRTH PACK

There is no hard and fast rule about the best time to start the Ultimate Birth Pack and, as you have access for a full twelve months, you will be able to revisit the material as often as you like. Don’t worry if you find us late in your pregnancy, either - it’s never too late to get stuck in! We’ve had expectant parents start the course at 40 weeks pregnant and still find it really beneficial in helping them prepare for a positive birth.

YES! The Ultimate Birth Pack is designed to make all births better. The course includes information on gentle caesareans and many of our mums have fed back that the breathing and relaxation techniques greatly helped with preparing for C-sections – both scheduled and unplanned!

Our Ultimate Birth Pack is valid for 12 months only. If you bought your pack over a year ago and want to use it again, you will need to purchase it again. We give a special discount for returning customers so please contact our customer service team at hello@thepositivebirthcompany.com.

Often when no confirmation email is received it’s because payment didn’t go through successfully or the email address used to register for the course had an error in it (hootmail.com, .co.yk and so on!). Don’t worry, though, we can get to the bottom of it. Email hello@thepositivebirthcompany.com with your name and the date you signed up and we’ll do a bit of investigating for you.

Login to the Ultimate Birth Pack you will find details in the first module, scroll to the bottom and you will find a link to the private Facebook group, including the access passcode. Your request to join will be approved within 24 hours.

The easiest way to download the MP3s is on a laptop or desktop - below each of the MP3s, you’ll find a download button. Just click the download button and the track will download automatically.
If you have an iOS device, you may wish to drop the downloaded MP3s into iTunes. From which, you can then sync them to your mobile device. Alternatively, you can use a third-party sites such as Dropbox or Google Drive (both free) to store the MP3s and then access them on your mobile device from their mobile apps.
If you wish to download the MP3s directly to your mobile device, you'll need to use a mobile browser and not the Teachable app. In the mobile browser, below each of the MP3s, you’ll see a ‘download’ button. Tap the button to download the MP3 to your device’s files.
With a quick online search, you can find lots of tutorials custom to your device that will offer further guidance for downloading MP3s, if you’re unable to follow the steps above.

Yes. If you have watched less than 20% of the content, have not used the call the midwife service and contact us within 14 days of purchasing the pack, we will issue you with a full refund. We will ask you for your feedback to help inform any future improvements we make to the course.

Yes! You can download Freya for Android from the Google Play Store.

First open Spotify, or another third-party app of your choice and start playing your music. Once your music is playing, open Freya. Freya will automatically lower the volume of the third-party app to a threshold that should allow you to comfortably hear both.
