When it comes to the Hypnobirthing Pack, the more you know and the more you practice the techniques, the better. Most people start the Hypnobirthing Pack at around 20-30 weeks. But as the pack is just over 6 hours long, it’s possible to binge watch during the last few days of your pregnancy to power up your knowledge at the last minute!

  • Yes, the course teaches physiology, science and practical techniques that are relevant for anyone across the globe. Although there are a few mentions to the NHS, this should not impact your experience or knowledge.
