You can begin your antenatal education at any point during pregnancy. During early pregnancy, our Pregnancy Pack will help you become familiar with your changing body and all the dos and don’ts! When it comes to the Hypnobirthing Pack, the more you know and the more you practice the techniques, the better. Most people start the Hypnobirthing Pack at around 20-30 weeks. But as the pack is just over 6 hours long, it’s possible to binge watch during the last few days of your pregnancy to power up your knowledge at the last minute!
