Birth story - Melissa and baby Macy
Melissa is a second time mum who had an unplanned cesarean at 40 weeks + 4 days. Although she didn’t get her VBAC she is thankful for hypnobirthing tools which kept her calm throughout and gave her the knowledge to make informed decisions using BRAIN. She says, ‘Birth may not always go to plan, but it can still be an amazing, healing experience 🥰’
