Birth story - Kate and baby girl
Kate is a first time mum who had a planned cesarean, due to baby being breech, at 39 weeks. Although her birth was not what she had expected, she armed herself with knowledge to guide her discussions with health care professionals leading up to her birth which enabled her to make decisions and be informed throughout.
