Birth story - Molly and baby girl

I'm only getting round to writing this now that my daughter has just turned 1! I just wanted to make sure that you knew how amazing I found your digital pack.

Before I was pregnant anxiety and depression turned my life upside down and I had to go through CBT to get back on track. A chance to understand what my body was experiencing appealed greatly to me so I jumped at the chance to buy the digital pack soon after it was released last year!

In the end, I had an unplanned home birth with baby arriving on my living room floor less than 5 hours from my waters breaking (in Budgens!). Hypnobirthing kept me calm and in control and I had the most empowering, productive birth imaginable. Even my midwife was astounded at the control from a first timer. I even had delayed cord clamping and waited as long as possible before eventually needing the injection to birth my placenta. I just wanted say thank you!
